Allen Villanueva is a licensed architect with over 28 years experience. In 2003 Mr. Villanueva opened his own architectural firm, STUDIO Villanueva Architecture LLC. He has spent over 18 years designing and managing modest to high-end residential projects ranging in size from 2,000 to 9,500 sq ft. The projects range from single room renovations to additions to new construction of custom homes.
Mr. Villanueva has worked at several major Chicago architectural firms including Lucien Lagrange Architects, Holabird and Root and Murphy/Jahn. This has given him extensive experience in several building types as well as exposure to international work. He has extensive experience in designing, staffing, project managing and establishing client relationships for multiple projects simultaneously.
